Decent Stay with Some Issues
leaky showerinconvenient payment
The room was a bit of a letdown. I found the shower leaked quite badly. the hotel only accepted cash payments. I found this really inconvenient. I think they need to update their payment methods to include credit cards.

i stayed for three nights. the location is convenient. there are two metro stations nearby. it is close to the city centre. i could walk to several popular spots. there are many stores and cafes in the area. i also felt quite safe , wonderful staff, safe area

i stayed in a room on one of the lower floors , made it easier to access. the staff were very kind and helpful with directions. the location had many shops and restaurants nearby and two metro stations were a short walk away
there was no lift to access upper floors which was challenging. the hotel accepted only cash payments when i stayed there. i also noticed that the shower leaked which was inconvenient

i had such a good experience with the friendly staff i could store my bags after i checked out i found that so cool. the neighborhood had such a lovely vibe with all its cafe bars and restaurants around i wanted to stay longer! it was only three stops away from gare du nord station!
there was a loud bar close by, but that was a minor thing because everything else was so awesome. i hope next time it can be quieter, but honestly, i was so tired it didn't bother me that much.

the staff was super friendly i felt so welcomed, and they were so helpful with questions and always smiling. they provided early check-in and offered luggage storage after checkout, it was a big help. i am beyond grateful.

the neighborhood had so many shops, stores, food options, and drinks, so it was an amazing location. it was a quiet and nice neighborhood, with a metro station just a few minutes walk away so commuting was effortless. i loved it!

There were lots of cafes and bars around, i didn't miss anything. the bakery across the street seemed wonderful i always smelled fresh bread. i got excellent pastries there for breakfast every morning. Such a treat!

the room was very spacious with a good bathroom, compared to other rooms i have had in europe. they cleaned the room every day i didn't have to worry about a thing. it included a shower, hair dryer, glasses, towels, and bed linen.

there was a refrigerator on the first floor in case i wanted to warm up some food. i saw there was a drinks machine. they offer luggage storage upon arrival and departure, so you can roam the city freely.
